AN EMERGENCY GENERAL MEETING IS BEING CALLED FOR SUNDAY 14TH AUGUST 2009

PLEASE ATTEND AS THE ISSUES RAISED ARE CONCERNING THE CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF THE GAMES SHOP. THE COMMITTEE WILL ASKING THE MEMBERS TO VOTE ON:



  • INCREASE IN TABLE FEES FROM £1 TO £2

  • CHANGE IN HOW TABLE FEES ARE COLLECTED – PAYING THE MONEY DIRECTLY TO THE GAMES SHOP

  • MOVING THE TUESDAY SESSION TO WEDNESDAY
